The screws are subjected to wear hence we supply it by coating with different wear prone material which allowing the screws to be long lasting. Deep nitride with special coating on screw flights to increase the service life. All of our screws are nitrided and coated on the outer diameter with special metal to increase the service life.

We offer barrier screws yielding improved output rate, low melt temp. and improved melt quality. Our screws enables a more gentle plastification and better wear resistance.

Our barrels meet the tightest tolerance specs and help maintaining your production rates at maximum. For our twin screw barrels we only use high quality steel and machine it on state of the art manufacturing equipment. The barrels are nitride, using proven two step heating process, to provide an extra thick, wear resistant layer. The front barrel supplied with HSS sleeve fitted to have long life.
